Frequently Asked Questions
Consult the page here for complete instructions: Connecting the Alarm Panel Telephonic Cable
If your security system has already been used with an alarm central service at some point in the past, it should be able to make calls when an alarm is trigerred. The BridgeSecure device receives calls from your security system and stores them in the Events Log. After an alarm, consult the Events Log page to check that the process is completed.
If your security system has never been programmed to call an alarm central, then we recommend you to contact a security systems installer. In that case, please ask the installer to program your security system to generate calls for all types of events, including open/close access notifications. The protocol must be Contact ID and any alarm central phone number can be programmed in the security system.
